Santa's Visit by Love Poppet is a charming counted cross stitch kit featuring a traditional Santa Claus dressed in a richly detailed red suit, holding a stocking filled with Christmas greenery and treats. Above him, a woodland branch is decorated with colorful ornaments, while delicate snowflakes drift across a misty blue background. A curious squirrel and a little bird add an extra touch of woodland character to this festive scene.

Designed by Claire Vincent as her 2025 Santa design, this project combines traditional Christmas imagery with the whimsical details that make Love Poppet patterns so appealing.

The design uses 18 DMC embroidery floss colors, with full cross stitches and a small number of decorative long stitches. Its manageable size makes it a rewarding holiday project for confident beginners and more experienced stitchers alike.

The kit includes misty blue 14-count Zweigart Aida, DMC threads, a cross stitch needle, and printed charts in both color and black and white. Everything needed for the stitching itself is included.
