Where is Pisgah Needleworks located?
We’re located in Downtown Elkin, North Carolina, in the heart of the Yadkin Valley. Our shop is surrounded by local restaurants, galleries, and historic landmarks. Elkin is the perfect weekend destination — explore scenic hiking and walking trails, enjoy fishing on the Yadkin River, and experience live music at The Reeves Theater every weekend.
Do you have parking available?
Yes. There’s free on-street parking directly in front of our store and additional parking available nearby, making it easy to stop in for a visit.
What makes Pisgah Needleworks different from big-box craft stores?
We specialize in heirloom-quality materials sourced from small studios and trusted artisans. Our kits, fabrics, and threads are chosen for their beauty, durability, and design. Each item is carefully curated — the kind of quality you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Do you offer custom services?
Yes. Pisgah Needleworks provides custom embroidery on products purchased in-store or on items our customers bring in. We also offer custom laser engraving on wood, leather, and select materials — perfect for gifts, keepsakes, and personalized projects.
Do you sell online as well?
Yes. Our online store offers many of the same curated products you’ll find in our physical location. Inventory can differ slightly between the two, so if you see something you love, don’t wait — our items often sell out quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, and any charges assessed by their country’s postal or customs authorities. These costs are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready. You can stop by during our business hours to collect your purchase.

Do you host events or workshops?
Yes. Pisgah Needleworks regularly hosts Open Houses, seasonal craft events, and special product launches. Follow us on Facebook or join our mailing list to stay informed about upcoming events.
Do you offer long arm quilting?
Yes. Pisgah Needleworks has a 12 foot Handi Quilter Amara24. We also rent use of the machine to quilters who have been trained. Please call Josh at the store to discuss your project or receive a quote (336-258-0623).

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available in-store. They make the perfect gift for any crafter and never expire.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or order number. Specialty or custom items may not be eligible for return once opened or personalized. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
