Where are your products sourced?
We partner with boutique makers and trusted suppliers across the United States and Europe to bring you high-quality, heirloom-worthy materials. Some of our drop-shipped items are sent from carefully vetted manufacturers in China. These are clearly noted in the product description and meet the same standards of quality and care we apply to all our offerings.
What makes your products unique?
We specialize in curated items that are hard to find in large retail stores. Many of our fabrics are made in small batches at European mills, and our kits are assembled with craftsmanship in mind. These are tools and materials designed to inspire—and to last.
Why are the Diamond Art kits so expensive?
Our premium kits feature oversized canvases, specialty diamonds (like AB, Fairy Dust, Iridescent, and Electro), and all the tools you need to complete the project. Cheaper kits often require separate tool purchases and use lower-quality materials. We choose quality first so your finished piece shines for years to come.
Where do you ship from?
Most products ship from our family-run facility in East Bend, North Carolina. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST typically ship the same day. Some specialty items ship directly from our manufacturing partners. Refer to individual product listings for specific details.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at this time—but we’re active at craft fairs and festivals throughout North Carolina. Check our Facebook group for event updates and locations.
Are your licensed products official?
Yes. All kits featuring characters from Disney®, Nickelodeon®, and other franchises are fully licensed through the proper channels. We work only with authorized distributors.
Do you offer affordable options?
Absolutely. While many of our products are premium in nature, we also carry entry-level kits and budget-friendly supplies so every crafter can find something to love.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, digital files will be available to download from your account and confirmation email. You can print these at home or at a local shop. If you ever need help accessing your file, we’re just a message away.
What is your return policy?
Unopened physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Digital files and custom kits are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know right away so we can make it right.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
We do! For custom kits, party favors, or bulk orders for schools, churches, or clubs—just reach out via our Contact Uspage.
