Feeling Spooky Advent by Claire Vincent for Love Poppet began as a Halloween stitch-along (SAL) in 2025. This complete counted cross stitch kit brings together 31 Halloween-themed motifs in a colorful sampler filled with ghosts, black cats, pumpkins, witches' hats, bats, spiders, and plenty of other seasonal surprises.

The individual designs surround the words "Spooky Halloween," creating a playful arrangement of traditional Halloween imagery. Each motif offers something different to stitch, from a haunted house and crescent moon to a grinning jack-o'-lantern and an assortment of creepy little characters.

With 18,359 stitches and 21 DMC thread colors, Feeling Spooky Advent is a substantial project that rewards patience and attention to detail. Although the designer recommends it for competent beginners, we classify this kit as advancedbecause of its size, intricate motifs, frequent color changes, and overall stitching commitment.

The original model was stitched on misty blue 32-count Zweigart Evenweave using two strands of DMC floss over two fabric threads. At Pisgah Needleworks, we offer the complete kit with your choice of 14-count Aida or 32-count Evenweave, both in misty blue.

Everything needed to stitch the design is included, making this an excellent choice for experienced cross stitchers who enjoy ambitious seasonal projects.
