Color & Care Notes

Hand-dyed yarns may vary from skein to skein, even within the same pot. If you are planning a large project, feel free to contact us — we are happy to help ensure dye lot consistency or arrange a custom dye order so your project turns out exactly as you envision.

Wet block your finished piece. Some color bleeding may occur during the first wash. Hand wash gently in cool water with the wool wash of your choice.

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
International orders (outside the United States), custom, personalized, cut fabric, and clearance items are final sale.

For online orders, please contact us before sending any return at cs@pisgahneedleworks.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
