The alpaca comes from Peru, home to the majority of the world's alpaca population. Unlike sheep's wool, alpaca is classified as hair. Its smooth fiber surface reflects light naturally, contributing a restrained lustre and silky quality to the finished yarn. At 30% of the blend, it adds softness and luxury while allowing the British wool to remain an important part of Eden's character.
About the Bedrock Colorway
